Down to appointments EVERY 2 weeks!

Wow! After the last gestational diabetes test - we are now 30 weeks along! Addyson is growing and kicking everyday! It is a blessing...but with such a short or non-existent torso can be a painful blessing. I think she thinks she is already in gymnastics class and she is just flippin' and floppin' all over in there! The weekly emails from baby center say she is approx. 3 lbs and 16 inches long! That's A LOT of baby for this short body! Anyway, we are now going to OBGYN appts every 2 weeks to monitor her and be checked by the doc. The biggest question we have right now is do I get the Swine Flu shot, or do I take my chances. Yes, this flu is mostly dangerous in school age children, but also very dangerous for preggos! Our lungs are VERY confined while being pregnant and that allows the flu to attack us much easier. My next appt is Sept. 15th, where the doc is going to want me to get a flu shot. I think I am okay with the flu shot, but the last time I got it, I SWEAR I got the flu, and we are about to go to Concan on the 17th! I don't want to be sick for our Vacation!! The Swine Flu vaccine, however, is making me nervous. It is a big decision. Some people say yes, get it, some people say, no don't, because it hasn't been tested! Decisions, Decisions.
